Brasss & Haarlem Hotel Suites are two distinct hotel concepts. Brasss Hotel Suites is a 5-star boutique hotel, and Haarlem Hotel Suites are serviced apartments where guests can stay for longer periods. Both hotels are registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 34065583. The hotel's registered office is at Oudeweg 8G, 2031 CC in Haarlem, and the reception desk for both hotels is located at Korte Veerstraat 3, 2011 CL in Haarlem.


By using the Brasss & Haarlem Hotel Suites website, namely www.brasss-hotelsuites.nl and www.haarlem-hotelsuites.nl (hereinafter: the 'websites'), you can, among other things, make online reservations, submit question and feedback forms, book packages or request information.


When you perform any of the above actions, you provide personal data to Brasss & Haarlem Hotel Suites. The way in which your personal data is used has been reported to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
